    We're Gene and Bernie Millen the owners of the Vital Heart Health website. We have been helping people improve their heart health for more than 20 years.

    We really appreciate you taking a look at the Heart Health Website!
    From 1992 to 2024 we owned and operated the Vital Life Health and Wellness Center, which received several national awards for the wellness programs we provided our members.
    We were pioneers in offering ground breaking heart health information. We monitored heart rates and blood pressures and provided a Fitness Assessment and Heart Attack Risk Chart

    We are located in Atwater, CA,which is midway between Fresno and Sacramento in the Central Vallley.

    I am an early riser and am working at my desk by 4 AM and usually hit the sack by 8:30 PM. Please don't call before 8:00 AM Pacific Time as my wife sleeps in until about 7:30.
    During business hours (Monday through Saturday) I check my email every hour or so.
    I welcome your questions and will do my best to answer them.
